About this event

The UK Corporate Governance code was originally introduce in 1992 following the Cadbury Report to promote corporate governance. It was last reviewed by the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) in 2018 and this year will see further amends designed to deliver even better reporting including changes to the risk and internal controls framework.

At our next Ahead event, we will be welcoming Maureen Beresford, Head of Corporate Governance at the FRC. This event will afford our members an exclusive opportunity to hear directly from and engage with the FRC on the developments in corporate governance and the UK Corporate Governance Code.
